Throughout my mental health journey, I have learned there is more strength in imperfection, and journaling is one of the main resources that has helped me realize this.

I created the Inward & Outward journals to provide a simple, intuitive introduction to discovering thought patterns that can be discussed in therapy or in meaningful conversations with loved ones.

I didn’t want a notebook that screamed “I have [x} mental health disorder!” I wanted it to feel safe, simple and convenient.

It doesn’t matter if you have an official mental health diagnosis, are struggling with the everyday challenges of life, or are just curious about your emotions and thoughts.

This journal is for you.

These journals include prompts have come from certified therapists with some basic education of introductory therapy concepts that can be discussed further with your own therapist.
