about

I used to always feel like I was on a mission to “fix” myself.

I gave too much of my energy to focus on my weaknesses, my faults, my cringe…you get it. The world was too loud and distracting for me to the point I couldn’t make sense of my thoughts and emotions.

Once I began to consistently and intentionally implement soft, quiet moments in my day, I began to hear again.

Writing and embracing my creativity helped me make sense of my thoughts and have more compassion for myself. Engaging in creative activities forced me to embrace imperfection (which was incredibly hard for a perfectionist like myself).

So why am I here now?

I’ve created tools to help you find those same moments for yourself.

Letters from the Sunroom

Letters from the Sunroom is a monthly mailer inspired by the moments I spent in my grandmother’s house on our family farm in Idaho, gazing out the giant windows that overlooked the river. I could sit in that sunroom for ages, watching the changing seasons, weather, and sunsets.

Each mailer, wrapped up in a cozy brown package, includes words, art, and color that inspire me that I want to share with you, bringing a piece of the Sunroom to your mailbox each month.

Inward & Forward Journal

The Inward & Forward journal was created to help you find the same reflective moments I found during some of the darkest moments of my mental health journey. The prompts and education in those pages helped me better understand myself, my values, and how I want to move forward in life.

Not sure where to start with journaling? This will help you get started!

Now it’s your turn to look inward and move forward…and maybe actually look forward to something special in your mailbox. 🙂

With love & hope,

Erin
